Always striving to create new formulas with sublime textures, aromatics and unique actives, Noella believes every product must deliver real results.

For over a decade, Emer Gillen has ensured ELEMIS standards of excellence and inspired enthusiasm in training and education across the globe. In 2009, as Brand Ambassador, Emer launched ELEMIS QVC in Germany, she has since represented the brand in France, Italy, Australia, the UK and the USA.

Emer’s childhood fascination with all things skincare, make-up and wellness naturally led her to an international career in the beauty industry. This compelling combination of interests inspired Emer to gain a host of internationally recognised qualifications before embarking on a career with Steiner Transocean Cruise Liners where she first began working with ELEMIS. She has extensive experience as an ELEMIS tutor and also as a manager from her time at Spirit One Spa, renowned as one of Ireland’s leading destination spas. Emer’s expertise and love of the brand has led her to develop treatment training and professional products alongside Co-Founder, Noella Gabriel.

Keeley has represented ELEMIS on QVC since 2000 and is widely respected as an ambassador for ELEMIS. 

She has built an esteemed 29-year long career as a beauty therapist and runs  successful salons in the UK and in North Cyprus where she now lives. 

Keeley has a passion for skincare education, from helping the novice to the sophisticated skincare user. She works closely with the research and development teams at ELEMIS, using her expert knowledge to help create products that continue to exceed client’s expectations. 

Grace Coburn joined the ELEMIS Elite Training Team in 2014. In her role, she shares her knowledge and passion for the ELEMIS products and treatments, while delivering her enthusiastic training to future ELEMIS experts, our social media community and consumers, and ensuring the high standards expected from the great British brand are met.   

Grace knew she wanted to work in the beauty industry from a young age. Passionate about skincare, she has worked in many spa environments which is where she first encountered the brand. During her ELEMIS training, Grace fell in love with the products and treatments that delivered visible results. Grace began her ELEMIS career based in the House of ELEMIS Flagship Day Spa in London’s prestigious Mayfair, where she also completed her teacher training course. 

Christina is a one of the top ELEMIS Skincare Experts, having joined the brand in 2001. Her expertise in the beauty and skin wellness industry has been gained over 16 years of working as an International Trainer for ELEMIS.

Christina has worked closely with Noella Gabriel, Creator and Co-Founder of ELEMIS Therapies, on treatment development and on training ELEMIS therapists in the techniques, products and ethos of the brand. She now brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to QVC as well as running a successful treatment room in Kent. 

1989 - ELEMIS was founded in London by entrepreneur and investor Linda Steiner. Linda’s vision was to create a skincare range as close to nature as possible. She was joined by the co-founding trio Noella Gabriel, Sean Harrington and Oriele Frank, each with a different speciality, who evolved the brand to where it is today and remain actively involved. 

1994 - ELEMIS launches Spa & Retail onboard cruise ships, introducing the brand to a new and well-traveled audience. 

2001 - The House of ELEMIS, the brand’s flagship day spa, opens in London’s prestigious Mayfair. 

2003 - Pro-Collagen Marine Cream launches, with its innovative gel-cream texture that delivers intense moisture and younger-looking skin in just 14 days.

2006 - ELEMIS patents Tri-Enzyme Technology, a unique blend of 3 enzymes that helps to resurface the skin without compromising the skin’s delicate microflora.

2008 - Noella Gabriel, Co-Founder and President, wins the CEW Achiever Award.

2013 - Sean Harrington, Co-Founder and CEO, wins the 2013 CEW Special Industry Award.

2014 - ELEMIS wins the esteemed CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women) Award for Best British Brand.

2015 - Launch of revolutionary BIOTEC treatments in ELEMIS spas, featuring professional high potency actives with bio-electric technology for advanced results. 

2016 - Superfood collection is launched, harnessing the power of vitamin-packed Superfoods and prebiotics to balance the skin’s microflora. 

2018 - ELEMIS charts US expansion with opening of 600 ULTA Beauty doors.

2019 - ULTRA SMART Pro-Collagen, ELEMIS’ ultra-premium line is launched. 

2019 - Oriele Frank, Co-Founder and UK Managing Director, wins the CEW Achiever Award.

2020 - Industry-leading No Touch Facial is launched, offering maximum results with minimum touch and stringent hygiene and safety protocols. 

2020 - ELEMIS is named Best Premium Skincare Brand by The Sunday Times Style in the UK.

2022 – ELEMIS is featured twice on the Glamour Beauty Power List; our Pro-Collagen Morning Matrix is awarded BEST RICH MOISTURISER and our Superfood Facial Oil wins BEST FACIAL OIL. 

2022 – Two more accolades for ELEMIS our Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm won Best Balm Cleanser, and Pro-Collagen Marine Cream won Best Skincare Hero at the Stylist Best Beauty Awards. 

2023 – We have won 6 incredible accolades at the inaugural CEW UK Beauty Awards 2023, including Best British Brand, Best Beauty Icon and Best New Skin Product.

2024 – ELEMIS opens their  in the heart of Covent Garden featuring a Skin Studio to deliver a 360 skin and wellness experience and a ‘Beauty Drop & Swap’ recycling station.   

2025 – Noella Gabriel succeeds Séan Harrington as Chief Executive Officer.
